God showed me something the other day that heavily convicted me.
Who am i that i can not forgive or love someone, when God forgives and loves us all.
If i don't do this as God does, then i am putting myself above Him. Maybe not on purpose, but doing it none the less.
After all the Gods children do to Him and He still forgives and loves us all ... so who do we think we are that we can not do the same?
Someone disrespects Him everyday
Someone disobeys and dishonors Him everyday
Someone shows hate to Him everyday
Someone mocks Him everyday
Someone shakes their fist at Him in anger everyday
Someone calls Him a liar by their unbelief everyday
Someone throws His blessings in his face everyday
Someone takes Him for granted everyday
Someone asks forgivness then goes back and does the same thing again everyday
Someone takes and takes from him and hardly gives back everyday
Someone ignores Him everyday
All these things someone does everyday and still He forgives us and He loves us and He never leaves us ... Who are we to think we can't forgive and show love to others. We do far more to God than anyone could ever do to us.
We are far from being above God, but we try and put ourselves above him everytime we don't forgive or love someone becasue we don't think they are worth it. We are far from worth God's forgiveness or His love ... Thank God He doesn't think we are worthless.
